Boss v. Leader

I like the look and message of this graphic.  While it is sterotypical, it does send a good message about leading from the front when possible.

    Normally I'd agree with you, but...I've never had my desk pulled around by my minions before and I'd like to at least try it once before making a decision. Just kidding, but geez, the possibilities!
